I read this post only today. I guess you are glad for having all these firewoods. Have a lot of metta for the comming winter.
However, I feel that the attitude in the sentence "Let it snow- ha ha ha" is not religious according to the monotheism. It shows pride against God. Could you please explain in details the Buddhist opinion about such sentence?
On one hand, Buddhism does not need God to explain the world, but from the other hand the Silla of all religions is quite similar.

I'm not sure about God's sense of humour, but one thing is for sure- problems happen because of people without a sense of humour.
